Almost all of our live and fresh shellfish is sourced from sustainable areas within Cornish waters, except for a few obvious exceptions. 

Live shellfish is delivered to us daily having gone through a tightly controlled “depuration” or purification process. 

We pride ourselves on providing the very best available seafood throughout the seasons of the year.
